Future-proofing Data Centre Resourcing

Leaving the military after 23 years, I wasn't sure where my skills would fit into the corporate world, but Salute showed me just how transferable they were. Leaving the Armed Forces didn't mean leaving behind the skills that were embedded in me. My transition from the Royal Air Force into mission-critical data centres proved to me that military veterans are exceptionally well suited to this industry, where leadership, discipline, teamwork, and technical excellence are highly valued and can lead to outstanding career opportunities. I already had the mindset employers value - and with excellent earning potential, global travel opportunities, and solid career progression, it's an incredibly rewarding second career.
