About us

We’re a specialist agency focused on delivering skilled technical talent to the data centre industry. With growing demand for multi-disciplined engineers, we’re exploring new and practical resourcing routes to meet the sector’s needs - connecting employers with capable people from diverse technical backgrounds.

A key part of our approach is supporting military resettlement, helping service leavers with mechanical or electrical qualifications transition into civilian data centre careers. We recognise the value of military training - discipline, reliability, and precision - and how well these qualities align with the mission-critical nature of data centre operations.

Beyond the armed forces, we also engage with engineers from manufacturing, utilities, facilities management, and heavy industry, identifying transferable skills and guiding candidates through the move into this fast-growing field.

Our goal is simple: to bridge the skills gap by matching motivated, technically minded professionals with data centre employers who invest in training and long-term development.
